Transparent one-time migration pricing
Stripe migration pricing based on subscriptions and estimated MRR
MoveMRR charges once for a defined migration scope. Enter the active Stripe subscriptions and estimated monthly recurring revenue, then choose the operational support level; the calculator returns the current list price.
The direct answer
MoveMRR uses one-time EUR pricing, not a recurring software subscription. Minimum starts at €150, Advanced at €900, and Done-For-You at €3,150. The exact list price uses both declared active subscriptions and estimated monthly recurring revenue. Done-For-You above 25,000 subscriptions requires a capacity inquiry; Minimum and Advanced remain formula-priced.

Set the migration inputs, then choose support
All three tiers use the same declared subscription and MRR inputs. The difference is who owns the operational work: your team, your team with guided review, or MoveMRR within an agreed scope. A lower support tier is not a reduced data model; it is a different service boundary.
After checkout you'll receive a license key by email. Redeem it in your MoveMRR account to unlock your migration — buy and redeem more keys anytime.
Prices exclude VAT. VAT may be applied based on your country of residence.
The browser never sets the charge. Checkout recalculates this list price on the server from the two declared values.
* Done-For-You includes scoped custom dev work for a smooth migration.

How the exact price is calculated
Pricing v2 derives a base amount from active subscriptions (N) and estimated monthly recurring revenue in EUR (R): round to the nearest €50 after taking the greater of €150 and €100 + €2,200 × (N / 50,000)^0.60 + €3,300 × (R / €500,000)^0.70. Minimum uses that base; Advanced uses the greater of 1.35 × base or base + €750; Done-For-You uses the greater of 2 × base or base + €3,000. Tier amounts are also rounded to the nearest €50.
The server recalculates the amount from the submitted inputs during checkout; browser prices are never trusted. Before a live run, MoveMRR verifies subscriptions and MRR independently, with a 10% allowance on each declaration.
- Two declared inputs: active subscriptions and estimated monthly recurring revenue define the base amount.
- One support boundary: Minimum, Advanced or Done-For-You defines who performs and reviews the work.
- One-time amount: the resulting EUR price is charged for the scoped migration capacity.
Which tier fits a SaaS acquisition or account handover?
Minimum is designed for an operator who understands both Stripe accounts, can prepare Product and Price mappings, and is comfortable owning dry-run review and cutover decisions. Advanced is useful when the buyer or seller can execute but wants guided sessions and feedback before changing live billing. Done-For-You is the service-led option for teams that want MoveMRR to operate the agreed migration and support the cutover.
The right choice depends less on company size than on operational ownership. A technically capable buyer with a clean catalog may prefer Minimum even at meaningful volume. A smaller acquisition with unfamiliar billing history, multiple stakeholders or a time-constrained handover may justify Advanced or Done-For-You.
What the purchase does and does not promise
A purchase gives the project a defined subscription quota and the capabilities included in its tier. It does not guarantee that every payment method can be copied, that every subscription is immediately migration-ready, or that no customer will ever need to authenticate a future payment. Those outcomes depend on the real Stripe objects, supported payment methods, issuer decisions and Strong Customer Authentication requirements.
MoveMRR provides readiness checks, mappings, dry runs, execution records and reconciliation controls around a Stripe-to-Stripe recreation workflow. Stripe also provides its own Billing migration toolkit. Teams should compare the required object coverage, evidence, operating model and handover responsibilities before selecting an approach.
Why large or unusual projects use an inquiry
Done-For-You projects above 25,000 active subscriptions require a capacity inquiry so delivery timing, catalog complexity, payment-method exceptions and responsibilities can be reviewed before a scope is agreed. Minimum and Advanced remain formula-priced above that threshold.
An inquiry is also appropriate when the submitted scope is invalid or cannot be priced safely, or when the migration includes unusual constraints such as multiple destination accounts, a cross-country legal-entity change, a highly customized application handover or a strict transaction-closing window.
A practical buying sequence
-
Enter the in-scope subscriptions and MRR
Use the source Stripe account and the agreed transaction perimeter to declare both active subscriptions and estimated monthly recurring revenue.
-
Choose who will operate the migration
Select self-service, guided execution or a scoped Done-For-You engagement based on your team’s Stripe knowledge and available handover time.
-
Validate before the live run
Configure restricted keys, prepare mappings and run readiness checks plus a dry run. Resolve exceptions before changing source billing.
-
Escalate unusual scope early
Use an inquiry for Done-For-You above 25,000 subscriptions or when the project needs custom operational or development work.
Commercial and technical boundaries to confirm
- Public prices are based on declared active subscriptions, estimated MRR and tier; work outside the tier description requires separate scoping.
- Each actual input may be up to 10% above its declaration. Above that independent tolerance, the top-up is the list-price difference at the original discount.
- A smaller actual scope does not create an automatic refund.
- The 25,000-subscription capacity boundary applies only to Done-For-You; it is not a statement that MoveMRR cannot handle larger migrations.
- Eligible customer and payment-method data may be copied by Stripe, but unsupported methods, missing defaults, issuer declines or SCA can require follow-up.
- A cross-account migration creates new destination Subscription IDs, so the application and its local ID references need a deliberate handover.
Pricing questions
Is MoveMRR a monthly subscription?
No. The public plans use a one-time EUR price based on declared active subscriptions, estimated MRR and the chosen support tier.
Why do the three plans have different prices for the same volume?
They represent different service boundaries. Minimum is software-only self-service, Advanced adds guided sessions and priority support, and Done-For-You adds hands-on operation of the agreed migration plus scoped custom work where required.
What happens above 25,000 active subscriptions?
Only Done-For-You moves to a capacity inquiry above 25,000 active subscriptions. Minimum and Advanced continue to use the published formula. Invalid or otherwise unpriceable submissions also move to an inquiry.
Does paying for a plan guarantee that no customer must act?
No. Stripe can copy eligible customer and payment-method data in the background, but unsupported payment methods, missing defaults, issuer declines and Strong Customer Authentication can still require customer follow-up.
Can a SaaS buyer purchase before the seller has prepared the data?
The buyer can choose a plan, but the migration should not move to a live run until both parties have agreed on the source account, subscription perimeter, mappings, key access, cutover responsibility and application handover. An acquisition checklist reduces avoidable rework.
