Methodology

A cumulative snapshot of completed MoveMRR projects with metrics approved for public reporting through July 24, 2026. Counts come from completed project records; qualitative outcomes and elapsed-time statements come from the named customers and were approved for publication. Values with a plus sign are conservative lower bounds. MoveMRR produced this dataset; it is neither an independent audit nor a market-wide survey.

The snapshot is cumulative rather than a fixed-period cohort. It reports completed projects with publishable evidence and excludes test runs, unfinished projects, duplicated retries, and projects whose metrics were not approved for publication.

Definitions

Subscriptions transferred minimum
distinct active subscription records represented in approved completed live-migration outcomes; a retried record is counted once in its project outcome.
MRR represented minimum
the conservative US-dollar monthly recurring revenue amount attached to approved project outcomes. It describes commercial exposure at migration time, not revenue guaranteed or subsequently retained.
Largest single migration
the highest published count of subscription records included in one completed live run.
Customer-reported outcome
a qualitative result or duration stated by the named customer; it was not independently measured as part of a controlled study.

Validation and publication controls

  • Aggregate totals are reconciled against the underlying completed-project outcome records used for publication.
  • Named counts and quotations are linked to the corresponding customer page and publication approval.
  • Only lower-bound totals are released; raw customer data, Stripe identifiers, payment data, and commercially sensitive exception details are withheld.

Limitations

  • The dataset describes MoveMRR migrations and is not representative of all Stripe accounts.
  • Customer outcomes depend on account topology, data quality, billing shapes, Stripe approval, and preparation.
  • Published MRR values are rounded lower bounds and do not imply a guarantee of preserved revenue.
  • Customer-level raw data, payment data, identifiers, failure details, and commercially sensitive fields are excluded.
